It turns out very well and sounds, but also less clearly typed, its big brother the Amplitube. I use it on an A64 3000 + 1GB RAM E-MU0404 The general configuration is fairly intuitive as it is a plugin. I know it's against copying but it is heavy. Since it is a soft bundle in lots of entries and to return codes to activate the final. Since this is such a cheap plug-in, I would definitley recommend having this in your set up, as you never know when you might need some reliable amp modeling software. I don't use this on everything, but when I do use it I always end up getting good results. None of the sounds blow me away, but almost all of them are usable. While I would never take digital distortion over a real amp, when looking to beef up a signal, the overdrive sounds pretty good on this. There is a lot of room tweaking your tone, with the amp & cabinet section being the most in depth. I have never used the tuner and don't really use the wah, so I can't say if these are helpful, but I love using the delay and the amp & cabinet sections. The plug-in has a few different sections - Level, Tuner, Wah, Delay, Reverb, Overdrive and Amp & Cabinet. I have found this plug-in to be very helpful when I am looking to beef up a guitar sound, or I only have a DI signal of a guitar and want to add some overdrive, or delay.

I've had Amplitube LE for about two years, as I got it when I got my first Pro Tools system.
This being said, it does take up a bit of processing power and running a lot of these at once will probably slow down your system. I am able to run a few of these at a time, and have had up to four running at once without any problems. I use the plug-in in Pro Tools LE 7.4 with a Digi 002 rack version as an audio interface.

I never looked at the manual as I had no problems installing it and the plug-in was easy to figure out. I had no compatibility issues and the interface of the plug-in is easy to follow. The IK Multimedia Amplitube LE installed on my system without any problems and it was an overall easy process.

There are upgrades for it out now since it is an older version but for now I have no reason to upgrade it on my computer. There are thousands upon thousands of different combinations that you can use and I have not even scratched the surface with them yet as I am just starting to fully dig deep into Amplitube LE. Using this plug in, I can build my own custom amp any way that I want it. Some of the models that it is based off of are Marshall, mesa Boogie, Supro, Vox and Fender (plus more). The sounds that I am able to create with Amplitube LE are top notch, I have used just about any guitar plug ins imaginable and most of them are good but Amplitube outshines all of the them and it is very affordable as well. There are a total of 21 stomp effects and I love every one of them, also I really like the 11 rack effects to. I love how many effects that I am able to get in this plug in, I mainly use it in Pro Tools just to put the final touches and effects on guitar tracks before doing the masters. Installing Amplitube LE was simple, it took no effort at all and the manual that comes with it explains anything that the user could ever need to know. You can run Amplitube LE as a VST or RTAS for Pro Tools applications. On my Windows machine I am running XP with 256 MB of RAM and there are no issues there either. My Macbook has 512 MB of RAM and running OSX 10.6 and it runs fine but I do not think that you have to be running 10.6 to use it. I use it all of the time and it has never caused any issues or crash on me in either of my systems (PC or Mac). There are 6 really good microphone models that I loved in this plug in too! Amplitube LE has been out for a while now but I have only been using it or about a year now. Amplitube LE comes with 14 different pre amps and 14 different EQ types.
